Ahead of the New Year, a Night curfew imposed in Delhi, no new year celebrations at public places

In front of the New Year, the Delhi Disaster Management Authority on Thursday forced a night check in time in Delhi, refusing festivities and the get together of more than five individuals at public spots considering the continuous COVID-19 pandemic and the new strain of the infection.


According to a request endorsed by Chief Secretary of Delhi Vijay Dev, no new year celebratory occasions, assemblies, and social affairs at public spots will be allowed from 11 pm of December 31 to 6 am of January 1, and furthermore from 11 pm of January 1 to 6 am of January of 2.
