China's Shaanxi province suffers heavy rains and floods affecting 113,000 people

 Torrential rain and floods have affected extra than 113,000 people inside the city of Ankang, in China's Shaanxi province, with over 23,800 others relocated, nearby government stated on Tuesday.

Four people injured in grenade attack in Srinagar on R-Day eve
